Nasal Sprays
Why are there different options for Glutathione, Kanna, and NAD+?
We offer multiple options for Glutathione, Kanna, and NAD+ supplements to accommodate various budgets. While the bottle size remains the same, the amount per serving differs across options. We recommend the highest strength for optimal results, but we also offer lower-strength alternatives to ensure affordability for all customers. You can choose the option that best fits your wellness needs and budget.
What is the best way to use a nasal spray?
The best way to use a nasal spray is as follows:
- Shake the Bottle – If required, gently shake the nasal spray bottle before use.
- Prime the Spray (If Needed) – If it’s a new bottle or hasn’t been used in a while, pump it a few times until a fine mist appears.
- Clear Your Nose – Gently blow your nose to remove any mucus and ensure better absorption.
- Position the Bottle Correctly – Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed with your finger.
- Breathe and Spray – While breathing in gently through your nose, press the pump to release the spray. Avoid sniffing too hard to prevent the mist from going straight into your throat.
- Switch Nostrils – Repeat the process for the other nostril.
- Wait Before Blowing Nose - We recommend waiting at least 60 seconds before blowing your nose again for optimal absorption. Tilting your head back slightly during this time will further increase absorption.
- Avoid Contamination – Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the cap securely. Do not share your nasal spray with others.
For best results, follow the specific instructions on your product label, as dosing and frequency may vary.
How many servings are in your nasal sprays?
All of our nasal sprays contain 30 servings per container. This is also true of all strengths of our NAD+, Glutathione, and Kanna nasal sprays.

What are the differences between IV NAD+ vs NAD+ Nasal Spray?
While IVs are an effective way to raise NAD+ levels quickly, they only offer a short term solution, unless you go back for an infusion regularly.
By using a nasal spray daily, you can saturate your NAD+ levels over time,
and maintain saturation long term.
A nasal spray is also a less time consuming, and more convenient way to administer NAD+. IVs take between 4-8 hours (depending on the dosage, and application rate). Using a nasal spray takes just seconds daily.
Another reason nasal sprays are a superior option is cost. Synchronicity Health's maximum strength NAD+ Nasal Spray costs $180, contains over 5,000mg of NAD+ per bottle, and lasts for a month. IVs typically cost from $400-1,000 per 500-750mg infusion. It is often recommended that you receive 2-3 NAD+ IVs to saturate your levels, followed by 1 IV every 2-4 weeks.
