Shipping

We ship to U.S., Canada, France, U.K., and Europe.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For questions about your package, email us at support@synchronicity.health  with your inquiry and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

How are shipping costs determined?

National and international shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code/destination.

Be aware that international packages are subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Synchronicity Health has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your label is printed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the information to be updated by the shipping provider.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Synchronicity Health, your satisfaction and wellness are our highest priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Only items purchased directly from www.synchronicity.health are eligible for return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unopened and in their original packaging.

    • For opened products, we offer a one-time store credit on your first purchase of a given product, as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@synchronicity.health with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization, if applicable.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If a product was opened and eligible under our satisfaction guarantee, the refund will be processed as a one-time courtesy.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Subscriptions

Subscription Policy & Cancellations

We value your commitment to wellness and aim to make your experience with Synchronicity Health seamless and transparent.

  • Renewal Reminders: All subscribers receive an email reminder 5 days prior to renewal, giving you time to modify or cancel your subscription.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel or change your subscription at any time before the renewal date.

  • After Renewal: Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Shipping Errors or Product Issues: If there was an error with your shipment or you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.
