To use our Glutathione Nasal Spray, dispense two sprays intranasally, once to twice daily at any time. You will want to breathe in gently while you are dispensing the sprays. If the spray goes into the back of your throat, you inhaled too deeply or quickly. If this happens, try to be a bit more gentle with the inhale next time. After dispensing the nasal spray, tilt your head back slightly, and leave the Glutathione Nasal Spray for at least 60 seconds before blowing your nose. Leaving the spray in your nose for 60 seconds will ensure the best absorption.
