To use our product, dispense two sprays intranasally 1-3 times daily as the recommended NAD+ Nasal Spray dosage. You will want to breathe in gently while you are dispensing the sprays. If the spray goes into the back of your throat, you inhaled too deeply or quickly. If this happens, try to be a bit more gentle with the inhale next time.

After dispensing the NAD Spray, tilt your head back slightly, and leave the spray for at least 60 seconds before blowing your nose. Leaving our NAD Nasal Spray in your nose for 60 seconds with ensure the best absorption.
