How To Use
To use our Melatonin Nasal Spray with Theanine, dispense two sprays intranasally, 15-30 minutes before your intended bedtime. Breathe in gently while you are dispensing the sprays; if the spray goes into the back of your throat, you inhaled too deeply or quickly, and should try to be more gentle with the inhale during the next administration.
After dispensing the product, tilt your head back slightly, and hold this position for at least 60 seconds before blowing your nose to ensure proper absorption. If a half hour passes and you do not feel that the effect is strong enough, you may repeat the 2-spray dose.
