To use our NAC Nasal Spray, dispense two sprays intranasally, any time of day. You will want to breathe in gently while you are dispensing the sprays. If the spray goes into the back of your throat, you inhaled too deeply or quickly. If this happens, try to be a bit more gentle with the inhale next time. After dispensing the nasal spray, tilt your head back slightly, and leave NAC Nasal Spray for at least 60 seconds before blowing your nose. Leaving NAC Nasal Spray in your nose for 60 seconds with ensure the best absorption.
