How to Use

1. Prepare the Spray

  • Gently shake the bottle.
  • Remove the cap and, if it’s a new bottle, prime the spray: pump it a few times into the air until a fine mist appears.

2. Clear Your Nose

  • Blow your nose gently to remove mucus and make the spray more effective.

3. Position the Bottle Correctly

  • Tilt your head slightly forward (not backward).
  • Hold the bottle upright.
  • Using your right hand for your left nostril and vice-versa is often more comfortable.

4. Insert and Aim the Nozzle

  • Place the tip just inside your nostril.
  • Aim it slightly outward, toward the outer wall of your nose—not the septum (the middle). This helps comfort and absorption.

5. Spray and Breathe

  • As you gently breathe in through your nose, press down on the pump once to release the mist.
  • Avoid sniffing too hard; you want the spray to stay in your nasal passages, not go down your throat.

6. After Use

  • Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue.
  • Replace the cap and store the bottle in the refrigerator.
